Zardynation LTD DMCA Policy

Zardynation LTD respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Zardynation LTD website or services.

1. How to File a Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on our services infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

 * A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Counter-Notifications

If you receive a notification that your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint, and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. This must include:

 * Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.

 * A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

 * Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Zardynation LTD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the accounts or access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
